Crows Visit
On Tuesday and Thursday this week we had a visit from the Crows. They came to talk to us about healthy eating and exercise. As part of the Live Right, Feel Bright program the children received a booklet to fill out. In this booklet they need to fill in about what they eat daily and also the exercise they do. It is a great opportunity for children to monitor their food intake and exercise as well as reflecting on this.
