Is Ned Kelly a Hero or Villian?

We posed this question to the senior unit community and gave them 3 choices.
There were 35 repondents and the results were
Hero - 2%
Villian -  25%
Combination Stirfry - 71%

So from the people who voted they thought he was both a Hero and Villian.
